"Don't insure your home with these people. They will not pay a claim. They give excuses and platitudes as they take your premiums and deliver nothing. The adjuster was condescending and rude and the agent runs interference for the adjuster. The staff is great at all the customer service things to insuring the premiums are flowing but do nothing of substance when a claim is being pursued."
