"Having had other agents in the past who acted as advocates for their customers and walked them through options/changes, this office falls well short of prior, better experiences. The office only contacts to inform you of price changes or to try and sell additional lines of business. When trying to get advice for walking through the claims process, we were told that they don’t do that and we were on our own to deal with the claims department. While I recognize their primarily job is to sell insurance, they fall well below the customer service I’ve experienced from past State Farm agents."
