"I had recently received a form letter from the Alabama Dept. of Revenue asking for information on a car I had traded in in April of 2026. I did not have all the information needed and had to call Lad Drago's office to obtain it. Upon calling I spoke with Logan Smith who offered to make contact with the Department and take the appropriate action required. This offer was unexpected but GREATLY APPRECIATED!!!! "Don't insure your home with these people. They will not pay a claim. They give excuses and platitudes as they take your premiums and deliver nothing. The adjuster was condescending and rude and the agent runs interference for the adjuster. The staff is great at all the customer service things to insuring the premiums are flowing but do nothing of substance when a claim is being pursued."
